Tornado Warning for Robertson County TX and 1 More

FORT WORTH, TX (507 PM CDT Wed Apr 24 2019) — The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Tornado Warning for Southeastern Robertson County in central Texas East central Milam County in central Texas until 545 PM CDT. At 507 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 9 miles southwest of Hearne, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD: Tornado. SOURCE: Radar indicated rotation. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Robertson and east central Milam Counties. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
