Thunderstorm Warning for Hocking County OH and 3 More

WILMINGTON, OH (413 PM EDT SUN APR 14 2019) — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Hocking County in central Ohio Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio Eastern Pike County in southwestern Ohio Eastern Ross County in southwestern Ohio until 500 PM EDT. At 413 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Laurelville to Piketon, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE: Radar indicated. Expect damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include Logan, Waverly, Piketon, Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Londonderry, Laurelville, Beaver, Adelphi, Tarlton, Pike County Airport, Ilesboro, Mooresville, Omega, Givens, South Bloomingville, Stockdale, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Gibisonville and Lake Logan State Park.
